The Group Stage of the Shanghai Major has started. On Day 1, MVP.Phoenix defeated both EHOME and Team Secret with a neat 2-0, claiming the top of Group A.
In Qualification #1, MVP.Phoenix defeated Team Secret in 18 minutes in the first match, and 24 minutes in the second one. QO, as Phantom Lancer for mid solo in both games, became the key factor in vitories with his great performance.
Meanwhile, EHOME and CDEC did not go well in the Group Stage. After the loss to MVP.Phoenix, EHOME won against CDEC in Losers Match, gaining the opportunity to compete for the second place of the group with Team Secret. And in Qualification #2, Secret defeated EHOME with a score of 2-0 and claimed the second spot in the Upper Bracket of the main event, while EHOME and CDEC will advance to the Lower Bracket of the main event as the third and fourth place.

The Group Stage resumes on 9:00am SGT, Februrary 26! In Group B, the favored Alliance will compete with Team Spirit while Vici Gaming is going to face Fnatic.
Starting from Feb 28, the event tickets will be available to redeem in the Ticket Lobby of Mercedes-Benz Arena. If you want to avoid the long queue on the opening day of the main event, you might redeem your tickets in advance.
